About Us

The Koken Art Factory is a space like no other- the sky is the limit.  We dream big.   This unique industrial space hosts multi room galleries, small business, art studios, and serves as a multiple building event complex.

The main building, located at 2500 Ohio Avenue is a three story 160,000 square feet historic building located in south St. Louis.  We are passionate about events.  Koken Art Factory actively hosts a variety of events private and public year round.  Some events that we have hosted in the past include:  RFT 30th Anniversary Party, Naughti Gras, the Southside Rock & Roll Rave, Zombies Attack! Halloween Party and many university student art exhibits.

Types of events we host include private parties, public events, music events, wedding receptions and more.  You dream it and we can host it.  Our space has the capability to serve the needs of a nice private party of thirty or several thousand.  Rental quotes are given specific to each individual event.  Our space has table and chair rental as well as our own professional sound, staging, and lighting.

For an event quote please send an email with a short description of your event to events@kokenartfactory.com.  Events are coordinated by Tim Ayres and Michelle Schaeffer of the Koken Art Factory.

Please include date, time, attendance expectation, hardware needs, event content, overview of event layout and production if known.   Typically room rental starts at $500 per room.  Rooms include bar, capability to host music or hang art, several entrances, flexibility with decor.
